    Exposure time was 30 seconds. I keep all my exif data in place for anything i post here, so if you use firefox you can always install the exif viewer plugin and view the data ;)

    Ahh fair enough then!!

    Great Lens!! I am actually selling mine, have only used it once. Now I have the 70-200 f2.8 IS i will just use a canon 2x TC.

    f1 power, crisp shots(which is what is expected from the 100-400, only thing i do not like is lack of action, all the shots seem to be before or after any real action, if that makes sense?

    Hmm I get what you mean - all I can really say is that it was quite hard to shoot at Adelaide Oval not being pitch side and being quite a long way back and with so many people in places (such as ball kids, security, drinks people etc) in between myself and the pitch it was kinda hard....Def take it on board though :thumbsup:

    The shots I get normally at Hindmarsh are usually better - there are some more here

    Yeah it's a bit dark. Still some pretty good colours though. Shot directly into the sun though? Would have been hard to get the clouds without overdoing the sun.

    I love summer.

    I wanted to try and capture the feeling of heat, think I did ok here?

    Was 24c when i took this at 6am this morning. Finished up the shoot with a swim on the opposite side of the bay, was superb. For those interested, was a 5 second exposure @ F11, 19mm.

    that shot gives me the enthusiasm to get up early and give it a shot too lol might do it tomorrow:) although sunrise pics of mountains may not be as cool :)
