um...has anyone actually figured out what vh is saying. hes making the point that theres no way to tell an unmarked car from any civilians car! yes there are some of them that are obvious with lights/aireals...etc, but the majority of them are just the same as ours.
btw, the chops are great!

they are deliberately dodgy, yet still retain some possibility of being real.

not many unmarked cars have radar, they just go of their speedo.
How the hell can they pick 1km over the limit from their speedo while following.
They would need to be touching your bumper to read your exact speed

any unmarked chasersi have seen in vic either have a radar on the dash or hanging out the top of side window. they dont use their speedos.
out divvy vans can use their speedos to ping people. i know. unless they are carrying a portable unit.
unmarked parked cars have the bolt on and often a flash sitting on the road if its needed.

If I got done for speeding and it was taken off a cop cars speedo i would contest it straight away. I reckon its wrong. I would only pay a fine if I was done with a camera or radar.

they get their speedos calibrated. i am pretty sure they are right. they have a warning sticker if they are not calibrated so they must go to some effort to make sure you aren't being screwed (see pic)
