Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone has the pinouts / schematics for a 2005 VZ LS1 engine loom?
Doing an LS swap and I'm at the wiring stage. One's I've seen online have the fusebox in the same loom, where as the Aus delivered are obviously different.
The connector pictured below, obviously connects into another loom, which has the fuse box attached. So am I right in thinking I can do all of my splicing from this connector?
If so, what powers what? If not, which is the best route moving forward?

Thanks, I appreciate the help!

Andy.

The LS harness is pretty much stand alone as it is. There are only a few wires you need to hook up to make it run.

There are 3 plugs that go to the body, you only need to hook up these:
12V Pink to ignition ON
Blue 34 - Orange/Black - Neutral Safety Switch
Blue 46 - Brown/White - Malfunction Indicator Light

You need to supply ignition ON power to the coils and left and right injector banks, as long as VATS is disabled in the ECU it should run. Make sure ALL the earths are connected.

Hey thanks for the reply!

Okay so my harness has a grey wire coming out of Blue - 46.
Blue 34 - is non existent in my loom into the PCM.

Could I possibly have a different harness? This is from a 05' VZ Monaro! Please find attached pics of the blue connector and numbers in question.
My loom also only appears to have one plug which goes to the body, as posted above!

Thanks for the help, greatly appreciated.

Thankyou so much! I'm sure that will help greatly!

Yes, I was wondering why it matched nothing else I've came accross!
I'll study this tomorrow! Hopefully it gives me a better indication of what I need to hook up to get the LS running!!

Much appreciated,

I'm sure I'll be back for more help!!
