    Gday all!

Was just curious to know if there was anywhere that anyone knew of in Melbourne, where i could dispose of old engine oil? My mechanic isn't too crash hot on the idea of letting me dispose of it at his workshop (rightfully so), so i was wondering if there was any kind of depot or the like that charge a fee to dispose of it safely for the general public.

    Thanks!

Any tip will have a waste oil disposal bin. As for cost, can't help you there.

Monash tip used to let you dispose of 20 litres for free at a time. Not too sure if they do it anymore.

Hey mate, if you live near in the norther suburbs, you can get rid of your oil (and from my visits there, as much oil as you want) at the Reservoir transfer centre.
    Best of all, its free.
