    Cant find anything in search.

Just wondering what is holding the plastic strip between the bootlid and rear door (roof seperator)?
I know about the nut inside the car but what sort of clips are holding it and whats the proceedure of safe removal?
Im re-spraying so this would really help.

    cheers.

That nut, big blobs of polyurethane, and a locator/pin that slides into a plastic bush about 3 inches from the end - (rear of the car).

Just use fishing line, or a really fine wire to cut it off, similar to the method to removing the door/trolley strips.

If you're just respraying it, try leave them on - its a mad pain in the butt, they bend, and tweak so easily... :rofl2:

P.S. Use bluetac or sticky tape to hold the nut in the socket so you don't drop it down inside the skin.
