is the car running
tech 2 connects to the bcm which then connects to ecu

Your information says you have a vx l67, have you tried bridging the 5&6 pin on the obd port and counting the flashes.

Just check the F29 fuse it powers the tool, Click the file to understand which wire/pin is for.

1. Are you using a genuine Tech2 or a Chinese clone or something else?
2. Describe in detail on a step by step basis how you are attaching the device to your car, particularly the type of connector you are using. Provide a picture of the connector if you can.
3. Describe what (if anything) you have input to Tech2, and what replies you have received from Tech2 up to the time you get the error message.
4. Refer to the attached file for further information:
