1981 celica hmmmmm you'll have a hard time trying to kill that engine i got a old 74 corona with the 18r engine and that thing didnt need oil or coolent to keep running... i eventually gave up trying to kill it and decided to restore it.... which i also gave up doing lol

i love the old celica's theres just something about old japanese sports car's anything till about 1986 gets my heart racing (H)

wat would i do??? i would take it up to mannum with no plates with the fulli sik cassette player cranking with some doof doof with 1 speaker that works with a handful oof rocks ditching them at signs doing 1st gear skids along the way cmon sounds good doesnt it then just killing it if it will DIE anyone interested in buying it lol

i have to say when i drove past mannum once hang on no offence to anyone who lives in mannum But INBREDS people asleep on the footpath (1 person)
Its not much of a town but its good to get away then u just get sick of it and then rather play in a sand pit with ur tonka truck and have ur own little toy cruze with BRUM and and pretend everylittle toy car is a commodore Im just babbling lol

I hate to ruin the fun but in all seriousness if the body is straight that Celica is pretty much a collectors' item and should be treated as such.

Get him to list it on Ebay, Carsales etc and he'll easily get what he's asking for and won't destroy what is getting to be a pretty rare car.

If you wanna go thrashing do it in a VN poverty pack - something no-one really cares about.

 

You're right though, the '81 Sillycar really IS a work of art

you will be surprised at what you might get.
use some full stops here and there and you might even get a few more dollars.

 

well my mates came up on friday nite there was my mate in his 1200 datto (at the back) and i drove my mates vn (at the front) and celica was in the middle indicatorws worked no brake light or parkers just one head light lit up and drove from kersbrook to lenswood they said the the handling was unberlievabley crap worst they had ever driven and the body roll omg was shockin so so so so bad 100 bucks later and well there aint none left

 

restore it.

old cars like this arent around too much anymore.. but it sounds like she's dead now ^
