Only fits the VZ climate control facia which is built for the pop up unit. If you have a look at the two the size of the pop up storage compartment is smaller than the blank plate on top of your dash.
Thats not to say it can't be done, but it won't be a straight fit.

I tried it on our Adventra and the SV6, neither have climate.
The bin is a completely different shape to the blanking plate that pops out, then theres like strengthening bars or some sort of plastic that runs under the plate and wont let the bin sit in properly, then theres nowhere to screw the bin into the facia!
Trust me Ive looked into it because we had a VZ SS for a few weeks and dad loved the idea and hates the wasted space with the blanking plate. The best i could do to fix the problem was have it autographed at Bathurst 05 by the Bathurst winning champs Skaife + T Kelly!
But if someone finds a solution let me know!!!
