I can't see a positive displacement type supercharger going to well on an sidi given the very tight bonnet clearance.

thinking outside the square a little

maybe a bonnet scoop could be added, or what if the engine wasnt used in a commodore.

Good question

I may be possible to run a PD blower on the side of the engine and have toyed with the idea of running a sprintex supercharger for the job considering it size and efficiency

Have really had a chance to look into it though in great detail :(

On the alloytecs if you removed the manifold intake, surely would be a bit of room to toy around with. But probably not worth just making it for 1 engine. I've seen a guy mount a ecotech positive displacement blower from the v6 onto a 2UZ v8, but it was going into burnout truck. So could always try modding something yourself, big work though.
