Yes but you will need to get the new one programmed by someone with a tech 2.

If you are handy with a soldering iron, you could just change the LEDs in the cluster to whatever colour that you would like.
Here is an old Series I Omega Cluster, with Blue LEDs for the dial illumination, and white LEDs for the Centre LCD illumination.

To do this, you will need to source 1210 LEDs (Which can be found on fleabay in the industrial section very cheaply).
Here are instructions on how to do this.

(P.S. The omega cluster was changed as I was using to test EEPROM programming locations, and the Green was very hard to read).
I have also changed my current E2 HSV cluster to white illumination, my HSV triple gauges to white as well using the above same method, and so far no problems.

    Cheers
    Matti

Are you sure you want to go red? Many people (myself included) have trouble seeing the red during the day.

I might be biased... but get the blue! :p

Yep, I agree with davey g-force here !
Definitely go blue or white. Red is hard to read (Hence the reason why I changed the red on my HSV cluster).

I also have to say the Blue / White combination on davey g-force's cluster is much better than the combo I used on the Omega cluster !!!!
The blue LCD panel looks the bomb !!!!
