A mates dad got the same thing, he was barely moving and I mean less that 1 kph!
I can understand that stop signs are there for a reason, but there are a few cases where a give way would be a much better option. I have seen stop signs out on country roads for christs sake, where there would be 5 cars a day max, never two at the same time!
Whilst whenever its fitting and fair to uphold the law, I think that more than a few of these offences are blatant tax collection. In saying that, I don't know the details of where you were etc, and let me ask you this, do you stop at stop signs now?

Usually i stop at stop signs. sometimes i dont bother cos you can see whats coming from a mile away, but there is still a few certin ones i stop at. One thing i ALWAYS do is the speed limit through a school zone. Thats one rule i will always obey, no matter what.
