True that, we aren't all as mechanically minded as some but some have more cash than mechanical skill and are still fans of modified cars. There is absolutely no shame in paying someone to do the work for you.

 

hey i have two vls, im putting the transmission and engine from the white one into the brown one. if you want i can keep you guys posted on the progress. im fully refurbishing the engine, i have extractors, 3inch exhaust etc.

nice clean ss there, are the flames painted on or decals?
no offence or anything but i recon it looks bit corny and out of place, but thats just my opinion

 

They were decals but now gone.

u have the same front window mould as me
nooo rust

 

is that a vs window rubber? is it a straght fit in the front and rear?

 

im pretty sure its a vn one, but i think vn-vs are the same
the old owner put it in, it was a easy fit apparently but coz the top corners are rounded wiv no plastic bits you have to fill in the corner holes
if that makes sense lol

 

so the corners are proberly bogged to roundness. have any leak problems or rust issues yet, coz it seams like a good idea and nice. just a idea to remeba when i get a respray 1 day

 

nah no sign of rust or water leakage problems what so ever
