i know there is a thread somewhere but couldnt find it, so lets start again.

so ive had a 'giant xtc2 2003' for a decade, been good fun little hardtail, but was in storage for pretty much the entire relationship with ex. since being single, started hitting trails again and redescovered a true passion.

pic taken after "wombat"@mt macedon

so after smashing my arse off over rock gardens at you-yangs i decided it was time to try out a dual shock. 29'er seemed like a good idea too. so went with the "2013 Giant trance X1"

its pretty good for most of the trails we have here in OZ, but i made the mistake of taking it to queenstown NZ and i got bitten by the DH bug, so now im looking at this:

7" travel downhill bike :) "scott voltage FR20" looks nice.

so, what BICYCLE do you ride? note the caps BICYCLE. not interested in motorised bikes of any kind. i guess this is also an opportunity for forum members to meet other like minded riders, we could already be riding the same trails without knowing it!

Scott bikes are a good brand. Kid up the road has a Gambler 30. I think his parents paid around $8k for it.
I'd like a Voltage YZ TMO.

I use to have a iron horse world cup series bike, maybe 10 years ago. But now have a Giant Glory.
Too lazy to post up a pic of my bike. But mine is the same except I've got black boxxer shox stickers and blue grips.

Haven't ridden it in about a year now :(

Would love to get back into it. As well as get a single speed dirt jump bike.
Just don't have a way to get up the mountain anymore.

Used to be pretty into the dirt jump scene, would really like to get back into riding but can't find the time atm. Plus don't have a towbar :whistling:

2008/9? Kona Shred, pic taken 4 years ago and not much has changed since! Sam Hill (how's he going these days anyway?) signed the rear tyre so I could shred like a bawwwws

The "Tank"
2010 Giant Filter 1.

And the fast bike.
2004 Giant NRS 1, pretty much built for me, by me. The only factory parts on it are the frame, shock, seatpost and handlebars.
