I had someone doing them for me but he fcked me around and I've been busy with the newest acquirement and work so I haven't had a chance.

I'd rather be doing this than the commodore sht. Got mechanical stuff to deal with too on this one.

    I like seeing wood....

I think it would be an interesting build to follow, since I haven't seen a 4th order to this size on this site before.

I want to know things like is it a full wall and completely sealed off, what equipment he is using, the box design and what materials were used, his electrical set up, how he made his door pods and finally what numbers he is making. A lot of interesting stuff.

    VS Ute
    Just got my VS Ute

    Alpine head-unit
    Orion 6 inch front speakers
    Kenwood slimline subwoofer
    Alpine MRV-F340 4 channel amp
0.7 cu foot slim subwoofer box behind passenger seat.

Thinking of the sub box that goes next to the petrol tank, if anybody has one for sale please get back to me.

    Amps:
    Hifonics BRX2400.1 x 2 / 2400rms x 1 @ 1ohm
    Hifonics BRX1616.4 / 200rms x 4 @ 4ohm

    Speakers:
    Front: Soundstream RF-60.C Splits 180rms
    Rear: Alpine Type R SPR60 Splits 110rms

    Subs:
    Soundstream SPLX15HF 1250rms x 2

I have the front channels tuned to 200rms and the rear to around 160rms.

Both monoblocks are tuned to 2400rms so the subs are overpowered.

Just made a new box for the subs. I decided to go a massive sealed one 333 litres odd.

Certainly not as loud compared to the ported box but it sounds so much nicer.

I was going for a QTC rating of .707 but after a fair bit of research on the sub I think it is more around the .680 range.

I really want to see what it peaks at. in a ported box it peaks at 146.9 @ 44hz but i can tell it will be around the 143 mark with the sealed box, but it sounds way more responsive and clean.

dbdrive system with memphis amp and custom boot package. They provide a clean, studio quality sound and I am very happy with the whole system. A few screws and you can take out the subs and access the spare wheel.

By far the best sounding system I've had, got it 2 weeks after the car (approx. 6-7 months ago) and I still smile from ear to ear when I get in the car. Btw I am not a brand ambassador - just a very satisfied customer.

No that's just photobucket, unless you pay them US$399 per year, you can no longer see photos hosted by them online.

The moral to the story is... DON'T USE PHOTOBUCKET!
