Post your underhood "battery" pics

Alright. Here is a different one. Post your battery pics showing the cabling etc... Who has the cleanest looking battery? The best looking terminals? The best looking wiring?
Seeing that I love good wiring connections so much, I thought I'd see.

Here is a pretty useless pic of mine. Hard to see. My camera broke and I am getting a new one next week so I will need to wait until I get it to take a closer pic.

If anyone can guess what is wrong with my battery in the picture below, you would be pretty smart. :whistling

on mine the battery posts are on the opposite sides, ie, the positive is on the right..... or is that "whats wrong" with yours!

Well here is my battery pic, complete with 1g cabling, duel pole isolator switch, gold plated battery terminals the positive just happened to have a voltage guage on it.
I fabricated up the mounts to snuggly fit my new optima yellow top. The 750cca turns the 5L over beautifully.

Lol I long overkill and over engineering, it just so happens the battery install is only 2 weeks old, I ran out of room in the engine bay for the battery so it ended up in the boot. I didnt plan on using gold connectors, its just the only ones I could fit my cable into properly without using lugs & fitted the battery terminals the optima seems ot have a bit smaller positive terminal than most.

Its not an underhood pic, but this is whats left of my battery after i stuffed my VK under the side of a 4WD.

Its a new battery too, still under warranty. Maybe i could take it back to the shop.

They are Jaycar terminals.
