Hi Guys,

This is my VT Series II 2000
Had it for a couple of years and never bother to do anything to it until I found this site!
Im pretty inspired by all the awesome options there are out there for the VT's

I have put in some new tail LED tail lights and this weekend Im fixing up the garnish to match

1998 VT Clubsport Series 1 5.0L

Here is my pride and joy.When i first got it it was stock as a rock.Slowly been doing mods when i can afford it.
Have added satin chrome door handles,vents.VY SS pedals.Painted dash facia.Changed dash cluster to HSV Purple and lights up purple at night.
I have also added black altezza lights to the front,clear side indicators and VT series 2 tail lights and painted the brakes.
Future Mods.....
Change the exhaust,VX GTS Rims,K & N Filter,change the stock stereo and speakers

My VX

Here's some pics of my beauty, she's still mostly pretty much how i bought her, however I'm in the process of making a few minor changes.

Specs:
Engine: 3.8 Litre LN3 V6
Make: VX Series II
Year: 2002
Paint: K025 (Phantom Black)
Wheels: 17" Holden Rims

Mods:
3 to 1 Pacemaker extractors and SS CAI kit
Chrome auto shifter button
CV8 tail lights
Lowered
SS rear spoiler
Debadged (all except rear boot holden badge)
Custom Muffler/Exhaust configuration (not sure what exactly has been done as it was modded before I bought it, but the car is almost as noisy as a V8)


Future Mods:
Slotted Rotors, performance pads
LSD (not sure what gear ratio yet, probably start off with stock 3.46)
5 spd auto gearbox (or maybe think about manual conversion, but I'm thinking might put a hi-stall and stage 3 shift kit in)
yella terra roller rockers
Raptor supercharger kit
upgraded speakers (e.g. 250w splits, 600w 6x9's, 800w amp, 12" sub)
18" Rims (trying to decide between redwalls and black and chrome)
darkest legal tint

Since first bought the car, done a few small things, recently had a prang and they put the stock headlights on during repair, still planning on further mods as cash becomes handy, but starting to think about a newer holden (v8 SS) so will see how things go

My New Ride

Hey All I have really just got into cars since a bad bike accident so can't ride any more so I am use to a bit of power owning a 99 Busa so I bought a VTII SS 5.7 V8 manual no where as quick as the Busa considering the bike only weighs 285kg and has 179 BHP but the SS should sort out the need for speed when the occasion arrises for a bit of blasting.

any problems with this model or must have mods would be appreciated

I am in Tassie Hobart area so anyone know of a excellent tuner for the fantastic cars please advise.
