Hi all,

I realised that when i use the power button and put it in 3rd gear that my car goes abit and feels abit more better to drive.

Is this damaging my car at all?

well im guessing that your cruising at that speed (bouts 90-100). the reason is that it is reving higher and giving you a more responsive feel. but you are reving the engine higher so there will be some significant engine wear.

The power button just makes the gears change later than normal, you won't damage anything by driving with the power button on, you will just use a bit more petrol.
