If replacing the o-ring doesn't help, clean and dry it up, then stick some silicone sealant around the lip, and put it back together. Leave to dry 24hrs before you drive it again. Worked for me on my VP.

Pull the reservoir off, (need to take off pulley, then it's just two screws and the return line), place a container under the return line spout so the fluid can empty. On the base spout of the reservoir there will be an o-ring, take that o-ring into any auto parts store, tell them you want a replacement, and that it needs to be heat/automatic transmission fluid resistant, fit the new o-ring, run a bead of fluid over it with your finger so it seals nicely, then put it all back together/re-fill! :)
