I bought a power steering pump rebuild kit for my VS Calais. This is my first time rebuilding the pump. Can anyone give me tips on how to do it. I saw the how to section but the pictures have been moved from the tutorial. Can anyone link me to an updated version?
Cheers

I need rebuild instructions mainly but cheers for the reply

Sorry about that !!! Didn't look at it closely enough - assumed it included the repair as well as the remove/replace. Try this one:

Hi mate, you will need an o ring for the high pressure side connection, that is normally not in the kit, mine was rat **** when I undone the connection.

That's a good guide.

I find it easier to mount the pump in a vice using a large socket to push the back plate in a little so it's easier to remover the locking ring and stop the back cover jumping out (step 5 in the guide).
