so i've got a 2012 sv6 and its left outside overnight and when i start it in the morning the power steering whines when i turn from left to right. it goes away after its warmed up. current temps in NSW where i live are around 4-5 degrees Celsius it has only recently started. fluid is all topped up and red colored. any thoughts what could be causing it?

Nothing to stress about, power steering pumps generally whine as they get older and are showing signs of wear....
But at 4 or 5 degrees Celsius in the morning, let the car warm up for a little bit longer before you drive off in the morning

Wouldn’t stress about it too much but they do get worse over time till eventually you have to replace the pump
