Power windows dim lights.

Hey guys not sure if this is normal, but when I hold any number of the power window buttons down, my dash and headlights dim until I let go. So anyway to fix this or is it normal?
Oh also sometimes when I indicate and then turn (so the indicator stalk goes to the neutral position) my headlights flick just as the stalk goes back to neutral.

Windows, dirty battery terminals and/or bad earth.
Light/blinkers maybe a faulty blinker switch.

Or the battery terminals could be the culprit for both.... I did clean the terminals the other day with boiling water, but it still does it. I'll have another look, thanks.
