I understand where your coming from Minux. as "youngsters" we all felt unbeatable (if that the word) But yes id be quite annoyed.
those smart cars are pretty expensive arent they? i'd be pretty pissed.... edit - even if they wern't expensive, still someones property, and a car of all things... think about this... how would you feel having a stone thrown through the window of your house? or even having your house egged... not pleasent is it
lol. sounds like our school. people love to pick up the groundskeeper's little car and put it in places where its near impsoosible to get out. or tur in 90 degrees or just hide it, he only finds it funny when he is as good mood.
Some kids at my school thought it was funny when they tipped over the math teachers old VW passat that he much loved onto it's side the day school finished too. Pretty stupid and inconsiderate in the end. The guy had just spent several years trying to teach them what he knew and got that in reward. All of them needed a bullet in the head I thought :0
I bloody agree. Doesn't matter what car someone chooses to drive, it belongs the to the person who drives it, not to a bunch of drunken twits out to impress their idiot mates. If someone did that to my car, i'd be charged with vicious assault. They have no right to damage someone else's car at all. Then again, it's Amsterdam, a city well known for it's drug use, alot of which, is legal. What a surpise. I'll bet every single person in this thread who finds it funny, wouldn't be laughing if some drunken ******** had tipped your car over onto it's side and caused a fair bit of damage. I'll put good money down you would be bloody angry.
I've moved a mini up a flight of stairs with a few mates.... all harmless fun, the schoolteacher wanted it downstairs faster than we could move it.... so he drove it... funniest thing i've ever seen. as for actually damaging a car, whatever make/model it might be. not good. although, they would weigh something similar to a cow right? i've seen a photo of a smart car that got crushed between 2 trucks in the US, its the width of about one rim. yeah, i think a load of people missed the point... and now they're getting all uppity like they've got perfect morals... seriously people, it's just funny, if you can't see the humor of a micro machine getting tipped over, that's up to you. I don't care. I had a great chuckle at this... In response to all the "I bet you'd be angry if someone did this to you and/or broke your mirrors off!" posts, hell yeah I would. So? wile its not good to destroy another persons belongings its funny having said that it gos to show the car aint real smart at all if it was smart it wouldn't have been in this predicament lol
The squashed car is nasty but in the end no car is going to do any better with 30 tons ramming it into another 30 tons
