Hi All,

I need to bleed my brakes and it seems that a fair few people around are using homemade pressure bleeders from garden sprayers.

Has anyone ever pressure bled a VY?

I am thinking of keeping the pressure around 5 PSI to start and not going over 10.

Any tips would be great.

Thanks.

Why do you need a pressure bleeder?

i just did it and it took me like an hour without a pressure bleeder. not hard, just keep an eye on the reseviour and the brake fluid coming our to make sure all the bubbles are out while a friend keeps pumping the brakes
first time doing it as well.

i used a 1 man bleeder kit on a VE with no dramas. Brake system is virtually the same since the VP.....
its just a plastic tube and a bottle. plug the tube over the nipple and pump the pedal until the new fluid comes out and there's no bubbles. Easy.
