They're not that expensive just need to know who to ask ;)

We can supply new billet CROW grinds for $535. That kit what your after we can supply for just under a grand from memory, as we're a distributor of theirs ;)

Another option may very well be a set of higher ratio rockers, which effectively is a poor mans cam with about 80-90% of the results on average (depending on the cam) and all at fraction of the price when you take into consideration the installation costs of a cam.

VSIIBerlinaL67's cam is admittedly closely based on the XPZ cam in regards to specs. In saying this though there are differences, in particular the base circle diameter is smaller then on the XPZ cam meaning that the acceleration rates of the valves is even higher with the XPZ item. This is to further prevent the air fuel mixture from blowing out the exhaust and making the most of the M90's efficiency. In saying this though it is harder on the valve train however with some other mods (as it's in the process of being rebuilt) it should be fine :)

Hey guys, just wondering what you actually get in the "kit" that makes it cost twice as much as the cam on its own????
