How to remove prime spray off your paint work without re painting that area??

Depends on the primer, if it's just grey acrylic primer over 2 pac you could try some thinners to get the most of it off. Then some 1200 and 2000 wet and dry to remove the rest. It will then need a buff.
The above has worked for me anyway. If it's just a dust coat of primer overspray then just use wet and dry, with a buff afterwards.
