Program a new key

    Hi Guys,
    We just bought a 2010 VE sv6 and the 2nd key that came with it is brand new and not programed yet.
    Just wondering if i can program a new key to my VE myself?

    yeah it has mate,it unlocks the door, its just the remote keyless entry side of it, and it wont start the car.

    MY10 model?

    Warranty bud.... dealer will sort it out in 5min.
    Just dont use words like "reprogamming" and the like.
    Just say, "hey mr dealer, I have this MY10 VE and the 2nd key isnt working. can you please take a look at it".

    btw: you checked battery in key right?
