Nice work. The DRL's actually suit the front end. Needs a Calais front to pull it off completely.
Any plans to change the dash and cluster to really modernize it?
Like a black top half with grey or cream carpet and panels?

EDIT: Just reread thats what your doing. Needs the kick panels to be same colour as the dash.
Also needs gloss black high lights in the dash board, especially around the stereo area.

Does it have footwell/puddle lights?

Grab some VS radius rods/z bars, they are thicker and stronger than the VB-VR ones (seen a crapload of them bent and out of spec)
Holden no longer sell them.... they used to for about $35 a piece :( the closest after market ones i have seen are pedders and they charge like a wounded bull for them..... may be lucky and find some nos genuine but i highly doubt it as I've been looking for a while myself now.

All in all nice work, glad to see someone doing some good to these old girls and not just running it into the ground as a cheap daily driver.

Nice work with the dash. I like that you have added sound deadening on the firewall. Was something I always wanted to do to my old VN.

the plastic dashboard parts, if original will probably be very weak and brittle from sunlight so be careful to not break them
