Just finished a major upgrade to the old girl, removed the highly modified VN V6 and replaced it with a supercharged V6 from a VT with 124,000kms. Virtually stock at the moment, only upgrades are VS extractors as VT won't fit due to width, delete the boost control solenoid, XU6 tune and a twin 2.25" exhaust going to 2.5" then to a collector and into a single 3" over the axle. Engine has been converted from auto to manual using a billet steel lightweight flywheel and the T5 gearbox from the previous engine. The gearbox was fully rebuilt last year so I will see how it goes. 4.11 diff gears were also fitted last year. Entered for Pittsworth sprints on Father's Day weekend and Mt. Cotton hillclimb the following weekend.

Due to CAMS capacity restrictions I don't think the car is eligible to contest state or national championships. Capacity is now 6444cc due to the multiplication factor of 1.7 times base capacity. Last event was Qld Hillclimb championship at Mt. Cotton in early June second in class. Unfortunately three cars entered the class and only two turned up. I had no chance against the other car, a twin turbo BMW 135i.
