Those two businesses couldn't have been withholding details of the competition from their customers and then using the cost of AC Delco parts (or even those customers' invoiced amounts) to give themselves a very large number of entries into the draw, could they?
That would be wrong wouldn't it, and the scrutineers would pick that up wouldn't they?

Sore the add a few times= in unique cars magazine ( get it = due to subscribe = every month = turns up on time = no fuss.).
Wasn't tempted = due to ( thankfully I have an early v2).
The result certainly stands to reason = ( big turnover)= but the marketing hipe = ordinary joe blo can win === dream !!!!!!

UPDATE ALERT:
New dubious Holden raffle, for a VE ute, involving the same suspects.
Entry details, Ts & Cs at... https://acdelco.com.au/offers/tribute/
Looks like the handover is expected to be in NZ next year (because plague).
What's the odds on it being won by a "Group 2 entrant (AU & NZ GM Trade Parts Member)" who get an entry for every 20L of ACDelco Oil they purchase?

another shonky promo. When will Holden actually do something for their enthusiasts/fans? Oh wait they havent done that in a long time. I think Holden NZ has more credibility then Holden Aus, Remember Holden NZ doing up the HT GTS Monaro for their 60th Anniversary and (shock) it was actually won by a Holden enthusiast/fan rather than a business.

Its a shame that unique Project Monaro has ended up in the hands of a business. Wonder who won all those monthly prizes from project Monaro as well??? *cough *cough Business.

Of note is that this car does not have the McLaren style SS Footrest, as was the case with mine.

215k km on the car, 6 figure price

Yeah nah

A 2 minute google search shows alot of nice Monaro's for alot less

There is nothing special about it, apart from being used in a dodgy promotion

IMO milage is irrelevant on:
A. A collector car or a classic unless it's some stupidly low museum piece with 5000km then it's a different ball game all together.

Take a HQ Monaro for example, one with 500,000km is going to be worth pretty much the same as one with 200,000km provided the overall condition etc is similar. Once they get to a certain age or desirability the overall milage doesn't really matter and most wouldn't even look. Rather they'd look to see if the cars been restored, rebuilt etc

300,000km VN SS's are still going for 40k+ in the current market same as one with 150,000km.

B. something thats pretty much had everything mechanical replaced/rebuilt.

They didn't just take the monaro put some wheels on it and paint it. Pretty sure the entire driveline, braking system and suspension system is all new from watching the build.
