some of the stanley sets in the yellow metal boxes.
I’d highly recommend the stanley spanners in the yellow cases specifically. They are thin enough to fit in most tight spots and I’ve never broken one despite hammering them (literally) and doing the classic double up (ring end into open end) for extra leverage. Despite not looking beefy they are actually quite strong.

You sure the torque wrench will come down low enough?
I have 3 sizes 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 inch torque wrench don't bother with 3/8 these 3 do me.

As silly as it sounds, for some minute torque settings, have you looked into ones used for Bicycles?
