Taking out the top bolts while its on the ground is a good idea, climbing up on the radiator support to reach isn't fun!
All the rest is roughly what I have been doing, cheers mate!

I did put one in there last time, it was a bit thrashed though. So I guess that explains the noise. Lesson learned, a new bush and bearing to go with the new clutch lol.

Oh and a flywheel bolt snapped  don't ya hate that?

Snapped flywheel bolts are a bitch, especially on these because they are so soft, it took me about an hour to extract one with a file and a pair of vice grips.

Well I found a new bolt somewhere in the garage. Then put the flywheel on and snapped another one. So fk it I'm gonna do what I should have done before and get some new bolts from a bolt shop. No where sells the oem ones.

Also got some clutch fork rubbers that I didn't even know existed till the other day. Cheers lap004 lol.

I got my flywheel bolts OEM from Holden, couple of $ each. Since they are TTY they can only be used once. What a stupid idea that is.

Yup TTY bolts and for all of them was a bit over 40 bucks, starts to get very expensive when you snap one and have to replace all 8.

Black VU S II ute. Manual 6
Snapped 2 of mine when doing flywheel and clutch change. Went to a bolt place and bought better grade, high tensile bolts than what came with my exedy hd kit. Bought 10 and don't think it cracked 20 bucks.
