By sticking the tube down the dipstick, yes it works as I used it on mine before removing the pan.And how do you do that wally ?
Saves cleaning up your driveway after you spilt tranny fluid all over the place trying to remove the last bolt while holding up the pan, unless you have a car hoist good luck to you.would anyone actually bother with that?

I use a 2ft by 4ft drain tray - It holds 12lt.There are ways to do it without any specialist tools and not make a mess, obviously you're not that clever.
I didn't say they did I just quoted the guy who has one and said its also good for removing fluid from the trannie, meaning it can be used for more than just as a brake bleeder.Righto smartarse, every one's got one of those haven't they as they work on transmissions everyday.
