putting a 2jz motor in my vx?

hey is there any1 out there that could help me i want 2 put a 2jz twin turbo in my vx is there a conversion kit out there or do i have 2 make it as i go?

im pretty sure u wont be able to legally, some people have said y but i cant remember...but i think most of the conversion if u do go ahead with it would have to be custom made
