QLD roadworthy with sway bar links boot broken??

i have VY, the front swaybar link ball joint has a split boot on it, will they fail that on a roadworthy or will it be ok??

Whilst I don't live in QLD, I can't see it being an issue....It's not a critical safety issue....It will only cause ball section to fail prematurely and cause an annoying rattle

Perhaps have a chat to your roadworthy fella, prior to taking it for the roadworthy and get his opinion over it

i think i have pissed him off, asked him a couple of question so far he now no longer returns my phone calls or emails for some reason.

In w.a they will fail you for that kind of thing most places have a talk to your locals and ask best place to take it

rubber boots of all kinds are normally a fail, cheap to replace so why wouldn't you?

Simple answer is "Yes" it will,

However, they are cheap on ebay, just buy new ones and be done with it.
