QLD to WA modplate

Hey guys and gals, just wondering if anyone has any info as to how I go about my QLD modplate, I drove my vx commodore wagon from QLD To WA and need to Register it here soon and was wondering how i go about my modplate that has QLD government on it. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Was partly discussed here so my comment here better still read the whole thread

Don’t take off the QLD mod plate as it’s legally fixed to the car, but ring your state rego authority and ask what needs to be done to transfer registration for a modded QLD vehicle. Hope you got all the engineering docs with the vehicle when you bought it....

Sweet cheers, I'll be sure to check it out and I didn't get any of the docs when I bought it unfortunately. I don't blame the last owners for not having them though, the car is an ex cop car and looks like it's had many owners
