if a lsd is completely worn out (i do a burnout and it will only ever do singles), when you jack it up and spin one wheel will the other wheel spin the opposite direction or the same direction?

reason im asking is its out of a manual vn and i was told all manual vn's have lds's but this only ever spun one wheel

a LSD's wheels will both spin in the same direction
even if its worn out it still should unless all the gears have been stripped

When an LSD starts to wear, the slip will increase so it will progressively turn back to a single spinner.. the limited slip bit gets less limited, then things snap and break and damn...

as for the vn manual thing, who told you that??? As far as i know thats a load of crap...

    aZk.

haha what a load of b/s...

No not every manual VN has/had LSD.. hardly any do... Unless its a V8 in which it was a more common option.
