    Hi mate,

    First time to come here.

Recently ,i sawp my car Vy to VZ Sv6

Car is great, but there's few questions want to ask

Where is the traction control button in a SV6,VY s used to have a T/C button, but now the button 's became A/s,semi auto..

SV6 originally fitted with a fog light, how can i turn it on ? i dun see any button in my car..

And how hard is it to pull out the steering wheels?

    Cheers Man~ HOLDEN RULES !!

Traction Control button is just infront of the arm rest, behind the window switches
Fog lights - pull the headlight switch out and turn on the park/headlights
    Steering wheel - dont know

Check the owners manual, its all in there

You have no idea mate, I used to Drive a VY II S 04,and i had a test drive before i purchase a VZ, the VZ goes a lot more smooth than MY VY.,more comfortable, silent, plus more power.

My fd told me Vz is a lot better than my VY while he came with me for a test drive ~

Heres a pic of where the t/c button is
The reason it says in the manual ESP is because the acclaim and calais have it but the sv6 just had the t/c.

hey mate, ur switches look kinda different to my sv6...not sure where's the traction control on urs..probably have to check with ur dealer or something..anyway the steering wheel has a catch underneath it where ur knees are if you're in the driving position...it adjusts the distance of the steering wheel relative to u..not sure if that's what ur asking about how hard it is to "pull out" the steering wheel..it needs a fair bit of force for it to be pulled out though :)

police dont use TC or ESP because their trained to handle a vehicle without the aid of systems like that, so where possible their removed from the car altogether because the driver will be expecting the car to do one thing and it decides "no, I want to do this" ... can be very costly at high speed.

A bit off topic but I like the interior light switch! Anyone know how hard it would be to wire one up? Just curious ...

I was lucky with mine, ex NSW police Acclaim but its still got everything same as a normal road car, tempest dash, same switches, ESP switch still there :D Then again I dont think NSW go as nuts as other states such as giving them black dashes etc.
