    Can you tell me how the lower plastic bar grill thingy is held on the front bar and could any1 tell me their part number

    Are you talking about the two front vents? If so, open up your bonnet. Each one is held in place with two phillps head screws.

    No,the thingy that sits in the main opening of the front bar,Its a VS II calais only sort of thing.
    It runs right round the opening and runs very close to the fog light bezels
