I have front mud flaps and the tyres rub on full lock.
Doesnt really bother me but

i guess it would depend on the offset of the rim, the width of the rim and the type of tyre
i have 19 x 8 and no probs
freind has 19 x 8.5 and his does scrub
both of us have the same tyres

easy fix would be get the guards rolled

my 19s currently rub on the plastic inner gaurds. does anybody else have this problem?

50 bucks a gaurd from The Tyre factory but you should only need the rears done, the fronts are already semi rolled by holden

free with a block of wood and hammer, use the wood on the outside and hit the inner guard with the hammer did it on my vn and worked fine

thats quite the thread dig! lol don't use a block of wood on your VZ dude.. get it done properly..

and i think the rears on utes are fairly good to go but the fronts need work? cos you don't turn the rear wheels.. lol

The simple solution is as follows...

DONT PUT BIG WHEELS ON THE CAR! The stock rims look far better than any low-rate rim company can pump out.

I rest my case.
