Question V6 Supercharge Vr Manifold

i am building a supercharged v6 and at the moment have not put the kit on. But have put on a 3'' exhaust high flow stainless steal and special built suprecharge manifold will these affect the motors running performance stock etc
i got full votech kit vr-v6 to go on and alot more should be good
