Quick lowering question

Hey guys, sorry for being the one to post the 40th or so lowering thread...

But i'm bout to put some super lows on a VR wagon, got the shortened rear shocks, but was wondering if i need the shortened front struts aswell??

Think I already know the answer but i'd rather check

Turns out I was wrong... I always thought the front struts wouldn't keep the springs trapped??

You are better off getting shortened front ones also to improve ride & handling. Chances are if you still have the original ones they are stuffed and will need replacing anyway.

I thought that would be the case... I haven't put them in yet so I might fork out the extra cash & do it properly.

I reckon if you do it properly you will be much happier with the result too. I know my VR shockies were absolutely stuffed when I bought it with 140,000 on the clock.

Look at pricing some Boges which are good quality and not too expensive.
