So I emailed my mechanic yesterday about my cam kit. He emailed me back today with this :

This cam is a streetable yet powerful deal giving great results in fuel efficiency and broad power 1500 - 7000rpm
It has a nice lope at idle and is the best all rounder.
Kit comes with new Pac springs, Comp moly retainers, Comp machined locs, Trend 1 piece moly pushrods.
In house Mafless tuned with EFILive on our dyno.

Power increased to 290-300rwkw with this cam

All for under $3,000. Cam is a comp 224/230 114 lca.

So cars booked in for the cam and **** on the 15th. 2 weeks seems like so far away though lol. It's getting a full service at the same time too. Now I just need my new badges and senator bob tail ( 3rd brake
Light ) I hate spoilers but love bootlips/bobtails. What do you guys think of under drives? I have a sound system in it. Will it rob too much power?

So I got the car back today after the cam was installed. And oh my god!!! It sounds soooooo good! It's like a real v8 now. It's pretty lumpy in idle, and it pulls like a teenage boy lol. Will post pic of dyno sheet later tonight. Pulled 302rwkw. Very very happy : )

Got all
New speakers put in today. Alpine type s or something. Sounds awesome. I'm at a loss though. I don't know whether to listen to music or the cam lol.
