    hi,gonna take out radiator out of my vn/s1, is it as simple as it looks and is there anything i should especialy look out for ?, thanks..........

    no.... it is simpler than it looks.

    thanks for reply, we are doing two at the same time , mates vp/v6 and mine, start early hope to get em back by lunch and in by late arvo !, fingers crossed !!., thanks........

    Man they're really quite simple to get in and out. I don't think you'll run into too much trouble.

    Just remember to bleed your cooling system when you re-fill with coolant, and have the heater all the way open... this reduces air pockets.

    Just make sure the radiator sits nice and tight and in place.

    thanks for replies, just to test i put another 2 way cap on the resevoir bottle ansd it seems to be fine, mind you its only 23c today , the gauge stayed right down as i drove around this morning., by the way is it easy to convert it to a vp type of set up where it uses a normal cap ?, thanks.........
