Random LS1 engine noise in 04 ss

Hey guys and gals, just wondering if anyone might know what is making the noise in the video I have attached. It developed on the way home from work. Car has done 178xxxkm's.

hey mate, have you sorted the problem with the noise? Im interested to know what it was.

have tried taking off your drive belt and checking water pump, power steering etc. give em a spin, might be stuffed bearing somewhere
