Raspy/Tinny noise (NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM)

Hey guys, so today I had full system done, headers into one high flow cat with 2'5" pipe on my VY V6, when under load or if you give it a good rev, it has a raspy Tinny noise, I took it back to the shop and they tried to put a reinforcement on it but didn't change. Any ideas? will the noise go away once it has some carbon build up etc?

my VS with full exhaust system sounded nothing like it, has nothing to do with it been a v6

Wheres the source of the noise have u gotten the missus to rev it whilst u lay under and pin point it or is it all rear

I put a twin tip on my stock exhaust and it now whistles under load lol

its coming from near the cat somewhere, like around the Y pipe or the union. I took it back to the shop all they said was we can put twin highflow cats on it or change the union... so looking at putting more money into it just to fix their problem...

Tried to get a video of it, its kinda hard to hear in video with the noise from exhaust but towards the end near the entry onto the motorway you can hear it about 1:19 bouncing off the wall. mostly does it under load. I thought maybe there is something under there vibrating from the exhaust like a heat shield or something?

Yea video although tough to hear it doesnt sound meaty hey?

U can get under and bend back heat shields

Does it have any mufflers at all? Or all straight pipe

I think on a v6 a hot dog at centre exhaust is key

You can hear at about 1.17 sounds like lose gasket/metal vibration, the last rev you cant hear it, but coming up onto the ramp you can. It has one muffler, its headers into union into high flow cat. I think the union the part with the question mark might be the problem.
