Raspy/Tinny noise (NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM)

Probs cant experiment with a quick muffler on the back? Probs an extended straight thru pipe?

I did a muffler delete on the back on my v6 sounded **** crap droney

Maybe try a muffler delete in the middle but put one on the rear... easy to say but tough to do of course

Not quite the same but on my Buick it needs a muffler and resi or it will drone like a bastard on the highway and raspy under acceleration.

Sounds like tin vibrating, probably a poorly built system. I say baffle plate rattle as the 2 gases meet.

Yeah its not the "sound" of the exhaust per say, it sounds great coming out the back, just under the car around the cat it sounds like a tinny metal vibration. It has a muffler on the back near tips.

Yeah kinda sounds like a loose gasket vibrating. what is a baffle plate never seen one, where is it located?

Tell them your not happy and ask then to swap out the Y piece the rattle driving u nuts.

So who supplied the System and what the makers name, if they supplied it then it should be under warranty. If you purchased it from else where well take it up with them.
