rca and speaker wire

Hi all I have an aftermarket head unit and the previous owner of my vy has put 6x9s in the parcel shelf and I was wondering if I could run RCAs to my amp and into the factory wiring and also use the speaker wires from the head unit to run the 6x9s and another pair of small powerful speakers I'm installing into my headliner so I have 8 speakers or do the RCAs cancel out the speaker wires from the head unit hoping taz will come along and pop his 50c in on this

It really depends on your headunit, but I think you should be fine.
But you could run 2 sets of speakers off of one amp if it doesn't.
Maybe try it out to see if it works before you go running all the wiring for it.
