re mafing

hi all I've ran ito a bit of a problem that I thought someone here could help me out with. I just bought a vs calais 3.8l, it came with a high rise manifold intake and the guy said it was maffless tuned. I'm on my ps so the highrise is a bjt of a problem, so I decided on swapping it for a stock intake. Every place in Newcastle ive called says they cant do it because of the maffless tune, if anyone has any knowledge on what I could do to get it swapped over would be awesome
Ps I don't mind if it stays mafless I just need to get rid of the highrise sticking out the bonnet as its a pig magnet to a p plater

bit odd, maybe the previous owner can shine a light on who did the work?

Basically what ECU is it running? If you pull the trim near the door in the passenger side foot well off and get a shot of the sticker on the ECU that would tell a lot.

Also keen to see pics of this engine.

Need numbers on ecu etc to work out what it's from...if you're lucky vr loom/ecu

If it's just for looks, then run the MAF, the ECU won't see it so it won't affect it.
