Hi guys, I just want some advice on what i should do. On the passengers side of my car there are heaps or little stone chips that have gone all the way down to the undercoat as if someone has got a few handfulls of rocks and thrown them at the side of the car, there is also a couple of dints about the size of a 20c peice etc. Should i just get some touch up paint and slowly fix all the stone chips or should i just get the doors resprayed?

Also how much approximately would it cost to get all the little stone chips and dints fixed on my whole car at the panel beater?

I just want a nice and clean ride and all the little chips and dints really bug me when i look at them.

    Cheers!

if you plan on holding on to it for a few years, go for it, you will never regret it, I know I didn't :p

I'd try a car detailer first - they can be very cheap and they know what they are doing. All used car dealers have them check over every car. A panelbeater will cost more and take longer but you will get a longer lasting job so in the end it's your dollar.

Yeah i do plan on keeping it for a while, i might try a car detailer for all the chips and scrapes but i will probably go to the panel beaters to get the dints fixed. I have a dint on passenger door about the size of your hand so if i got that fixed at the panel beater would they respray my whole door or not? Cause i wouldn't want to get that door detailed if its just gonna get re-sprayed.

Also anyone know an approximate to get my whole car detailed? And a approximate for the dints to be fixed?

    Thanks for the help!

Yeah i am going tomorrow to get a few quotes, both for the detailing and fixing the dints. I'll let everyone know what prices i get.
