Yes, but was there a symptom that was happening when you were driving? Something you noticed etc... Unless your rotors are too worn (narrow) or there's no meat on the pads this could be expected behavior with so much bias towards the front.
If the rear brakes were to lock up like you're expecting, the Commodore wouldn't have a reputation for doing burnouts.

If you have the red calipers, they each have two brake bleed valves instead of the normal caliper's one bleed valve. You need to bleed the outside valve first, followed by the inside valve, on the same caliper. Then do the same for the other three corners.
